Collection: Keychains

Collection of 3D printed keychains

Here’s a collection of 3D printed keychains I made. I’ve used both filament or resin printing for them.

Sudo

Inspired by a Friend’s Shiba named Sudo. Model: My Little Shiba

If you think the unicorn below looks slightly greenish, you are right. This was the first time I painted over a PLA filament print. I primed the green filament several times before painting and then applied multiple layers of white paint, but this was not sufficient. In later attempts, I used matte PLA filament, and the paint adhered better.

Beherit

Beherit from Berserk

I printed this little cat keychain for my brother and his girlfriend. I added magnets inside each of them so they would stick together.

One was printed in black filament and the other in white. I primed and painted them to add the eyes, nose, and cheeks, then finished them with a matte varnish to protect the paint.

Cats Split Cats

Model: Yin Yang Kitties

I got a Cherry MX Experience Box to put inside the keychain. I like how it looks and feels but it ended up being very fragile. The 3D model could be improved by changing the cross fitting the key switch to a round one with more material.
